The 6-month venture building programme is divided into 3 phases. Each phase is structured with deliverables based on team formation and the development of the Company’s Action Plan.
Phase 1
C-Team Formation
C-candidates who have been offered a place in an OpenAir venture program are matched together to work on that venture.

Phase 2
Action Plan Proposal
Two selected C-Candidate teams build the 2 year-term Company’s Action Plan based on the Request For Proposal issued by OpenAir Group.
4 months
Phase 3
Choose the acting team
Teams present their proposal of the Company's Action plan to the Evaluation Committee. Congrats to the team who become the acting team of an OpenAir company.

Project | Ocean X Sandbox Series in Southeast Asia
The aim of the OceanX sandbox project in Southeast Asia is to achieve safe, sustainable, socially accepted and socially beneficial offshore green transportation in the region. The project represents all value chain actors and stakeholders as either technology developers on mobility solutions (investee companies and members of the sandbox) or project partners (agencies of ASEAN countries, major customers, technology & service providers). Different technologies and solutions will be R&D, produced in the sandbox then combined in different cases among them and with external technology sources to conduct real life pilot projects validating technologies in a real environment.
