OpenAir is a smart transport and logistic system that uses drones, eVTOLs, autonomous cars and robots integrated with a network of transport - logistics hubs, smart lockers, autonomous shops to deliver autonomous and contactless cargo delivery and passenger air-taxi through the OpenAir app-based platform. In each country or region, a local OpenAir company backed by international and local businesses is established to develop and run the OpenAir system locally.

The service contracts are signed between OpenAir and businesses. Then, corporate accounts are created in the OpenAir app-based platform that allows business order delivery through OpenAir application platform.

OpenAir is an indirect air carrier, not a direct air carrier, and does not have operational authority of aircraft.

OpenAir Technologies Pte. is an indirect air carrier, not a direct air carrier, and does not have operational authority of aircraft. All flights are operated by the licensed direct air carriers. Please refer to OpenAir's Operator-Participant Agreement for details.

If a drone flight is delayed or cancelled due to weather or any other circumstance, you will be notified by the OpenAir Team via in-app notification.
