OpenAir is a subscription digital pass mobile application based platform on a global basis that is owned and operated by local OpenAir companies in particular markets. It offers OpenAir® Pass subscriptions that include different combinations of 3rd-party cargo and passenger transport services by clean fueled vehicles. When should I apply?

We will review candidates on a rolling basis. Earlier is better!

Do I need a team to apply?

No — we review and accept applicants as individuals to be in our candidate pool.

What is the process of C-Team formation like?

During the recruitment stage, you will be required to submit an application form. The sooner you apply the earlier we can review your application & invite you for an interview.

After submitting your application, you will be notified of your application status, followed by an invitation for an interview. The candidates who are selected from the interview will be in our candidate pool for each OpenAir venture program.

When the quantity of candidates is sufficient in our candidate pool with two selected candidates at each position (CEO, CTO, CFO) as minimum to a OpenAir venture program, then members are matched together to form C-Teams working on OpenAir Ventures as

What type of C-candidate are you looking for?

We are looking for candidates who are resilient, self-motivated & passionate about OpenAir's mission.

Each team will comprise members of C-level executives. Our candidates hold strong domain expertise relevant to the business of the OpenAir venture programs listed on our website. Building an OpenAir venture requires a strong understanding of the industry, technology & commercialization process.

Action Plan Proposal

What happens during the programme?

In the first three months of phase 2, your team works as C-level guests in the executive team of an existing OpenAir venture with the particular scope of work and duty including the compensation. That helps your team understand comprehensively the nature of OpenAir business.

During phase 2, your team will develop the proposal of the OpenAir venture program that you have registered and accepted. This proposal is based on the Request For Proposal issued by OpenAir Group.

What is the timeline of the programme?

6 months, with 3 phases described in the OpenAir venture page.

What does our week look like?

Every week in the first three months of phase 2, your team will work as C-level guests in the executive team of an existing OpenAir venture with the activities organized by us. This also includes workshops or talks by industry experts.

Your team also develops the proposal of the OpenAir venture program within the time frame of phase 2.

What type of support can I expect during the programme?

Will I get compensated while I am working on the proposal of an OpenAir venture’s action plan?

Yes.

Acting Team Selection

What is the selection process like?

Two C-candidate teams present the proposal of OpenAir venture’s action plan in the Presentation Hearing organized by us.

Our Evaluation Committee will give their score to each team. The team who gets higher score is the winner

The engagement contract is discussed and agreed with each member of the winning team.

What happens if the engagement contract can not reach an agreement with a member of the winning team?

Another candidate with the same position from our candidate pool will be introduced to your team by us.

What does OpenAir Group do?

We are a venture service provider to supply venture services to OpenAir venture programs.

Our service includes the shared administrative functions across i) Franchise and Brand Licensing; ii) Provision of the services of a head office to support the development of OpenAir venture programs on a global basis that include the support and advisory on the selection of acting team, arrangement of resources, systems, network into new OpenAir venture programs and support the OpenAir teams to run business successfully.

Each OpenAir venture program could have its own legal entity. Is that right?
