OpenAir is hiring a Product Designer to work closely with the company's Product, Development and Marketing teams to oversee and optimize all flier-facing elements of OpenAir’s website and mobile app to optimize for aesthetic and user flow. The Product Designer will own the look and feel of OpenAir’s digital presence to optimize flier utilization and experience, and will own OpenAir’s digital brand design guidelines to ensure consistency across mediums.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Practice and promote customer-centric thinking
- Own, and drive design problems from ideation through to execution
- Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as UX Research, Product Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations and Marketing
- Understand business goals and challenge its requirements
- Use quantitative data and qualitative feedback to inform the design decisions iteratively
- Contextualize the holistic impact of your design in the dynamic ecosystem of the three-sided marketplace
- Create user scenarios, user journey, wireframes, UI designs and prototypes throughout the full cycle of the product development process
- Provide high-fidelity assets and specs ready for engineering
ABOUT YOU:
- 2-3 years of experience as a product/UX designer in a relevant industry
- You love a fast-paced startup environment

- You are an excellent communicator
- You exude a can-do attitude and enthusiasm

- Strong fluency in Figma
